Can somebody please explain to me why the BW2 Arc isn't finished yet? I tried to find the post 540 chapters with no success today. It also makes absolutely ZERO sense how the XY and ORAS arcs (which were both after BW2) have been completely finished yet BW2 is still in development. What's the reason? Did they just start less than a year ago or was it bad received?

It's confusing. HGSS and Platinum and BW was published together too if I'm not wrong

B2W2 stopped for some time because the authors worked on XY and ORAS (both of them have finished). XY was released monthly in the magazine while ORAS was released online (monthly). With XY/ORAS finished the authors announced that the B2W2 arc will be released monthly online (on Sunday Webry) and the new volume, 53, will be released in Japan on August 8, 2017.

So now they have B2W2 that runs online monthly (this month we have a double release but it's only 1 chapter (sometimes they cut one in half...)) and SM that runs monthly in the magazine.
-> B2W2 is at chapter 16 (540 if you have read all the arcs -> XY/ORAS aren't numbered for now)

Ah ok that's pretty weird but at least it returns now. I just hope they don't rush things because USUM are coming soon.

It's weird but they worked on 3 series at the same time so I think that it was natural to slow down with something
About USUM, I started a thread about it some days ago (here) and I think that the arc will be like with HGSS where the characters gets new outfit and nothing else

Making a new post for my opinion about the BW2 Arc so far:

I love the background they gave the protagonists this time. Black 2 is a certified badass and one protagonist being a former evil team member is really cool as well. It also underlines what I like the most about Team Plasma, they're the only team where it actually made sense for members to believe they were doing the right thing. For all the other teams the conflict is just "Am I evil?" or "Am I not evil?". Team Plasma and the freedom of pokemon raised a bunch of really cool questions, and we can see how deep the indoctrination goes, she even PRAYS to N.

I agree with you about Lack-Two and Team Plasma but I have to add that Whi-Two is another interesting character because it's the first time in special that one of the protagonists was officially in an evil organization

I noticed that thing tooand at first thought "it's a paper and the White stone?"

But in reality seems that berry is an Aspear Berry

(and someone already eat half of it)
Probably they will use it to defrost themselves or Keldemaru (and it will defrost the others)

I just want to know how many years there are between Platinum arc to BW arc and XY arc

The timeline of PokéSpe is something like this:
RBG -> two years after RBG is Yellow -> one year after Yellow is GSC -> nearly a year after GSC is RS -> after 6 months we have FRLG -> a bit ober 9 months after RS/after two months after FRLG we have Emerald -> after 2 years we have HGSS and ORAS (they happens at about the same time) -> a pproximately three years after HGSS is DP -> two weeks after DP is Platinum -> BW -> 2 years after BW is B2W2 - XY -> after XY is SM

So we only know that 2 years passed from BW to B2W2 but we don't know anything about how much time passed from B2W2 to XY/SM and how much time passed since XY to SM... I think we will have to wait to know something
But one thing is sure: Green is in Kalos for the XY arc so:
- he stayed there since before the ORAS arc
- HGSS/ORAS are at the same time and XY is a little after those 2 arcs
