For those of you that haven't been at the Pokémon Center Paris or at gamescom in Germany, you can get this special Vivillon via Nintendo Network from August 29, 2014 until September 8, 2014 for the PAL region games.
Note: if you already received this Vivillon at the Pokémon Center Paris or at gamescom in Germany you can't obtain another one!
