I agree with you but... for now it don't exists (there's only an art book released by VIZ but it's not a fullo color manga...)

Really true, I agree too, but, in black an white it doesn't look so bad.

Did his art style kind of change a bit? I think it feels a little different compared to the original art that was in the Crystal arc haha

Uhm... I think that he used this art style since DP (and it evolved a lot since that time)
maybe you are thinking about Mato's style for Crystal?

Nope, Mato never drew Crystal. This wallpaper is a redraw of the last pages of the Crystal arc, but the art has certainly changed since then haha
