I don't want to give false hope but...
The December issue of Coro Coro Comic revealed that the magazine is getting a sister magazine titled Mira Coro Comic (more info about the new magazine will be releaved in December).
Since there will be a new magazine, there's a probability that Pokémon Special will run in it and one of those things can happen:

• 2 chapters a month of Sun/Moon: something like this happened for XY since the arc runned in 2 different magazines (CoroCoro Coomics and CoroCoro Ichiban)
  
• (this is what everyone wants) Black 2 and White 2 in the new magazine and Sun/Moon on the usual magazine (with this, they will stop the B2W2 releases on the sunday-webry website)
• a Let's Go arc (with a lot of disappointment from everyone) in the new magazine and Sun/Moon on the usual magazine
• nothing: so we will have, like now, a monthly chapter of Sun/Moon

Let's hope for some good news!

No. It simply mean that there will be a new magazine and that there can be a little hope that Pokémon Special will run in it. BUT we don't know what will run, that's why I wrote some hypothesis of what will happen:

Today someone on Twitter asked Yamamoto when B2W2 will be released (and to release Black XDD)

Hey Yamamoto, I love your work, but can you say something about the Black 2 & White 2 saga? T-T Release Black from the Shine Stone!

I can not answer concrete but the outlook is bright!

The reply is still vague but seems that in 2019 there will be good news (a new chapter or that Black will be free, we don't know for now)
