A new Pokémon HOME update (version 2.0.0) will soon be available to download and will includePokémon Legends Arceus and Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl connectivity.



Pokémon Legends: Arceus, Pokémon Brilliant Diamond, Pokémon Shining Pearl, Pokémon Sword, and Pokémon Shield will be mutually compatible with Pokémon HOME, and you will be able to deposit and withdraw Pokémon to and from each of these games.
Transferring Pokémon to a game they were not originally caught in may cause certain changes to known moves, level, and what type of Poké Ball they were caught in.

A new patch (version 1.3.0) for Pokémon Brillant Diamond and Shining Pearl is now available on the eShop.

The Pokémon Company announced that two new events will be available in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.

ARCEUS EVENT
After the version 1.3 update (available tomorrow) for Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, players who have a save data from Pokémon Legends Arceus will be able to receive the Azure Flute. In BDSP you'll find the item in the players bedroom and bringing the flute to the Spear Pillar Arceus will reveal itself.
Players will need to have to have completed all main missions in Legends Arceus to get the Azure Flute in BDSP.

DARKRAI EVENT
From April 1 to April 30 players will be able to receive the Member’s Card key item via Mystery Gift.
This item will allow the player to encounter and capture Darkrai on Newmoon Island.
Players will need to have beaten the Champion and unlocked the National Dex in order to do this.

During today’s Pokémon Presents, The Pokémon Company announced that a new event will be available later today in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
This event will give you the key item Oak's Letter and you'll be able to catch the Mythical Pokemon Shaymin.

You can receive Oak’s Letter by choosing Get via Internet from the Mystery Gift feature in your game. This will be available until Sunday, March 27, 2022, at 7:59 a.m. (PDT).

Once you receive Oak’s Letter, go talk to Professor Oak on Route 224.

Nintendo has confirmed a Day One patch for the upcoming Pokémon games, Pokémon Brillant Diamond and Shining Pearl.

Content of the update:

• Communication functions added for the Grand Underground, Super Contest Shows, Union Room, and Mystery Gift
  • You’ll be able to enjoy local and internet communication functions of game features like the Grand Underground, Super Contest Shows, and the Union Room. You’ll also be able to receive gifts via Mystery Gift.

The Pokémon Company released some new informations for Pokémon Brillant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
If you have game save records on your Nintendo Switch system from the Pokémon Sword game or the Pokémon Shield game, you can get the Mythical Pokémon Jirachi as a companion.

Speak to a gentleman in the flower field located on the southwest end of Floaroma Town to add Jirachi to your team.


If you have game save records on your Nintendo Switch system from the Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! game or the Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! game, you can get the Mythical Pokémon Mew as a companion.

Speak to a madame in the flower field located on the southwest end of Floaroma Town to add Mew to your team.


NOTE: Even if you have multiple game save records from the qualifying games, you can only receive one Jirachi and one Mew in your Pokémon Brilliant Diamond or the Pokémon Shining Pearl game.
