    Registration for the next Pokémon Sword and Shield online Competition, "2020 International Challenge April", begins from Wednesday, March 25, 2020, at 10:00 p.m. PDT until Thursday, April 9, 2020, at 4:59 p.m. PDT.
    The competition goes from April 10th 00:00 UTC to April 12th 23:59 UTC.

    Competition Format
    Double Battles

    4-6 Pokémon of Lv. 1–100.
    All Pokémon are set to Lv. 50, including Pokémon below Lv. 50.
    Four Pokémon will be selected for battle.
    Duplicate Pokémon are not allowed.
    Duplicate held items are not allowed.

    Eligible Pokémon
    All Pokémon from the Galar Regional Pokédex are permitted except for Mythical Pokémon and certain Legendary Pokémon.
    Pokémon need to have the Galar symbol, showing they were caught, received, or hatched in the Galar region.
    Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur, Squirtle, Wartortle, Blastoise, Rowlet, Dartrix, Decidueye, Litten, Torracat, Incineroar, Popplio, Brionne, Primarina, and Galarian Slowpoke are permitted.

    • Each battle begins with a 90-second Team Preview phase.
    • In each battle, players have 7 minutes of Your Time, 45 seconds of Move Time, and 15 minutes of Game Time.
    PRIZE
    • Top competitors can earn up to 50 Championship Points. Before battling, be sure to link your Nintendo Account to your Pokémon Trainer Club account at Pokemon.com
    • In-game Trainer clothing: Casual Tee (Great Ball Guy)
      You must complete at least one battle resulting in a win or a loss to be eligible.
