The latest issue of CoroCoro revealed a new password for Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon and a blue Zygarde Core.

The new password for Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon is NIT42CK2 and gives you 5 Revival Seeds.

The magazine also showed another Zygarde Core with a blue hexagon rather than a red one, from the anime Pokémon XY & Z. Some weeks ago the Japanese variety show, Oha Suta, explained that there's two Zygarde Core.
New TCG cards reveales Greninja BREAK and Manaphy-EX from Rage of the Broken Sky.

Thanks Corocoro for throwing my Zygarde theory out the window and having it run over by a bus...:knife::knife::rage:

XDD what was your theory?? :uhmm:
Red Core Zygarde: Can transform into 10% & 50% but only temporarily
50% Zygarde: Can't transform at all trapped in 50% form

But when they merge to Perfect there's no time limit, but that theory is out the window so here's my new one :yesyes:

Red Core: The same as before but there's a reason for why it's temporary. The red represents the Yveltal or death side of things, it has limited power and can't keep it's form for too long, and it requires to recharge via photosynthesis.

Blue Core: Represents the Xerneas/Life half which has almost infinite power and can maintain it's forms for long periods of time.

I thought the same, that the Red/Blue core are connected to Yveltal/Xerneas :yesyes: (and this is supported since in Pokémon Special Green says that they need "Z" (Zygarde) but that's only my opinion since Special and Anime aren't related...)

It makes sense if you think about that each Core could represent the other two especially since Obelisk's wings have Blue on the right and Red on the left.
