Ok, there was a misunderstanding XD I thought you were talking about the official Pokémon trainer Account XDDD instead you were talking about your account here in the forums
So, you wanted to change the age in the introduction thread? You can simply push the Edit button below your signature

with this you can change what you wrote (but here no one cares about ages )

PS: There's a "+Quote" button in between Like and Reply you can use it to multi quote a lot of messages. After you've quoted everything you have to scroll down to text box as if you're posting a new replay and click "Insert Quotes" to multiquote, after that you can write your reply

Ok, so you want to change the age in your profile, simply clikc here: https://pokemon-trainer.com/account/personal-details and in the Date of Birth you can change it (you can even hide the date if you don't check the two boxes)

Well, I just used our bot account (thanks Rotomdex XD) and discovered that users can't change the date of birth because Xenforo haven't added that option

Once your birthday has been entered, it cannot be changed. Please contact an administrator if it is incorrect.
