The official Japanese website announced that the service on its Pokédex for iOS app will end November 30, 2015 and the app will be no longer available on the smartphone.
The app and every additional data will continue to work but the customer support will be shut down and updates will be discontinued.

The app starts with information about the Unova region Pokémon (494-647) for $1.99 and the other packs (Kanto, Johto, Hoeen and Sinnoh) cost $5.99 each.
This app, like Pokédex 3D Pro for Nintendo 3DS, will provide many details about Pokémon like: statistics, the level at which a Pokémon evolves, the description in the original Pokédex and the moves they can learn.
