This theme, a special Pokémon Picross theme, comes exclusively with a pre-paid card in Japan. This pre-paid card can be obtained at Pokémon Center and 7-11 Stores for 1.000 yen and comes with this free Nintendo 3DS theme.
The theme must be redeemed by January 31, 2017.
