Back in 2017, a mobile game, PokéLand, was announced for iOS and Android. After a beta session there wasn't any new information. Today, the official Pokémon website re-announced the game as Pokémon Rumble Rush (Pokémon Scramble SP in Japan).
The game is now available in Australia, and it will launch soon in Japan and the Americas.
Pokémon Rumble Rush is a free-to-start adventure. You will also be able to purchase in-game items using real-world currency.

Players travel through islands with a variety of toy Pokémon. As you battle wild Pokémon, some of them will join your team. The more you collect the same species of Pokémon, the stronger those Pokémon will be when they join you.
As you explore each island, you will earn gears that your Pokémon can equip. There are two kinds of gears—power gears, which boost a Pokémon's individual stats and make it more effective in battle, and summon gears, which allow a Pokémon to temporarily call another Pokémon into battle.

It's nice :yesyes: you only touch the touchscreen if you want to use a move and the toy Pokémon continue to move (it stops a little if there's an enemy). You can't dodge against bosses (I always stay away from them and attack with "long range" moves XD) but you can "choose" who to attack. If you hold the touchscreen you can do a little charged move :yeahyeah:
Coins and Pokèmon toys are automatically picked up :yesyes2: :sisi2:
Bosses must be cleared before the times up :coffee:

Some Pokémon have some stars around (but aren't shiny)... I think that's because they have better moves :yeahyeah:

Like in Pokémon GO, you can send the Pokémonto the profess.... hem, club and get some candy money XD
