Yeah, because they traveled together (in the Mirage Spots?? Since there's a lot of Pokémon that don't live in Hoenn) and... seems that Ruby and Emerald knew about the meteor but they haven't told Sapphire >__>

The 4th chapter is out, they released it on April 7, 2015 in Japan

But for now no one has translated it into english.. ;_; so we have to wait a little...
Usually when someone translate it you can find the pages (even the XY scans of Pokémon Special) on our Tumblr since we don't add them here on the site.
