Pokémon Special (Adventures in English) have the main characters from the games and follow the story of the games while the anime has only one main character: Ash.
Pokémon Special has some mature chapters (for mature I mean that sometimes it's censored... for example in BW there's a crucified image)
If you want there are some manga that follow Ash's adventure (the movie adaptations and other ones)

Really a great explanation indeed. I do know that there are different and that ash is the character I the manga anime but I thought that he will met with Dawn, may, misty serena lillie and so on.

I also know the game's manga, the characters name is the game name like white is the hilda and white2 is the second girl, I had them both. Y is serena, green is the girl in red and green and so on.

So glad to hear all these new informative information. But, in my opinion then I don't likeanga and never see and read it at all so I don't think that I will buy any chapters
