Yes it's the PokéCenter plush (13 euro is a gift! )
I think that the shiny is only for the mega

Whaa yur so lucky!!! oh yeah that's true, the mega forms were both shiny and non shiny xD srry got that one wrong xD (13 euro is cheap , that thing in Japan was around 3000 yen -that's around 30 euro-)

I found both Mega Rayquaza shiny for 30 euro
(but I don't have enought space on my table so I will buy only one -> maybe MRayquaza shiny )
