Because Gengar seems funny with all the faces he makes and Pikachu Libre is.... the most funny I have seen here

Yep, you are right for Pikachu Libre... it's funny (and I forgot it), but Gengar doesn't seem very funny to me... yes, it has his smile, but it is not hilarious like Chandelure ^^
