G-MAX Pikachu is a figure approx. 12,5cm tall made by Takara Tomy. The figure was first released in Japan in October 2020.
The figure comes in a plastic box so you can see the Pokémon inside it. Usually the Moncolle series are numbered (for example MS45 Regieleki) but this one isn't. For now only 2 Moncolle are from the G-MAX series: Charizard and Pikachu.
The figure don't need any stand (some Moncolle require them) so you can display the figure anywhere without the fear that it will fall down.
If you think that this figure is heavy you are wrong: G-MAX Pikachu is really light (the figure is empty inside).
The tail use a different material from the main body (it's transparent so you can see a little across) and the outline have a yellow effect.
The Dynamax/Gigantamax clouds were faithfully reproduced at the top of Pikachu's head. The clouds are stick together by a transparent plastic part and attached to the back and front of the tail. The clouds can be removed (with a little effort) because the back isn't attached to the tail and only the front is attached with a little clip.
Every part of the figure was reproduced really well. The figure is really detailed and faithful to the official artworks and game sprites.
The quality is really good and the figure is really nice. It's definitely a must buy for all fans of Pikachu and Pokémon.
