Some time ago the official website announced that Serena's Fennekin will be available to Japanese players and starting from today until March 31, 2015 you can redeem it using the following serial code: SERENA01
The code was given in the todays episode (サイエンスの未来を守れ！電気の迷宮！！ Protect the Future of Science! The Electric Labyrinth!!).
Serena's Fennekin can be obtained in both Pokémon X, Y, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
