The official website announced that Serena's Fennekin will be available to Japanese players from February 26 until March 31, 2015 using a shared serial code.
The code will be given in the new anime episode that will air on February 26 (サイエンスの未来を守れ！電気の迷宮！！ Protect the Future of Science! The Electric Labyrinth!!).
Serena's Fennekin can be obtained in both Pokémon X, Y, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
