The official Pokémon website announced that a new serial code distribution will be available this October in US to obtain a Shiny Gengar and a Diancie in Pokémon X and Y.
Shiny Gengar will hold the Mega Stone (Gengarite) and can be obtain via serial code in Pokémon X and Y. The serial code is given to you in GameStop stores between October 13, 2014 and October 26, 2014 in US.
Also available at participating GameStop locations starting October 13 is a Pokémon TCG: Gengar Spirit Link 2-pack. It includes two booster packs from the Pokémon TCG: XY—Furious Fists expansion, as well as the Gengar Spirit Link Pokémon Trainer card that debuts in the next Pokémon TCG expansion, XY—Phantom Forces.
Diancie can be obtained via serial code from October 27, 2014 until November 16, 2014 in Pokémon X and Y from GameStop stores. Diancie can be transferred to Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire and Mega Evolve (the Mega Stone can be found only in ORAS).
