Following the reveal of CoroCoro, the official website revealed Volcanion, the final Mythical Pokémon of Generation VI that will appear in the next "Pokémon the Movie XY & Z 2016".
At the moment there's no details about the distribution of Volcanion.

A new Mythical Pokémon has been found in the world of Pokémon, which cannot be encountered through regular gameplay. This Pokémon’s name is Volcanion!

Unlike any Pokémon discovered before it, this Pokémon is both Fire and Water type. It uses fire and water to create steam within its body, expelling explosive shock waves and boiling steam from the arms on its back. The power is said to be great enough to blow away an entire mountain, gouging out the earth and changing the shape of the land.

That's why they should stop doing that. If they added them as DLC, nobody will find out until they decided to officially reveal them.

Well, I never implied that they had to be paid DLC. Making the legends accessible only through downloadble content would make it impossible for us to know about them ahead of time. It wouldn't be that different from what they currently do with Mystery Gift, actually.

No, it's a 6th generation that will be given in Japan with the upcoming Pokémon movie (the one with Magearna)
