Regardless of tier, what is your favorite Pokemon to battle with, either locally or online?

I have a lot of Pokémon that I love but I think my favorite to use competitively is Metagross. :uhm: Good attack and good types :yesyes2: :sisi2:
And it's Mega is awesome! :wow:

Gardevoir always! I rarely see anyone use her (or... him... creepy, thank Arceus for Gallade) and VERY LONG history with her. Also find her mega humorous in some ways, such as using the term "Beaten by a Pokemon in a Wedding Dress!" against strong opponents, even in Pokemon Contests like Tough and Smart ..........never gets old. :haha: :hahaha:

... By the way her mega IS like a wedding dress, while her shiny is a mourning gown.... Thought to mention that, since her mother is a Shiny. The more you know. :yesyes:

I think that in ORAS I used Gardevoir in some competitive battles (but not her Mega since that is for Metagross XD)
Before the Extreme Evoboost did you use a different moveset for her?

I wasn't as competative before, but it was Calm Mind, Psychic, Moonblast, and the last one was changed multiple times... Shadow Ball, Focus Blast... even Round and Hyper Voice. It was a mess. XD

Was thinking of it, but back then I never imagined her using a Grass attack till Pokken Tournament. Very handy attack.

Actually, that would be Marth and his Leaf Blade attack. Leaf Blade is one of my favorite grass-type attacks. But when I work on my team again I may consider reworking her moveset.

She'll still be in the battle, but gonna work on other tactics that will come against some that use high HP and possible Steel with high attack. Having Echo is risky since it's too obvious and will focus on him or use a SE attack on Icarus. May have to lower Icarus' speed and focus on his defence, S. defence or HP since Follow Me is a priority move.

Like you wrote, Follow Me is a priority move (with +3) so instead of speed it's better to have it as bulky as possibile :yesyes: or, you can always give Gardevoir Ally Swap (priority +2) so you can confuse your opponent (Ally Switch causes the user to switch places with the ally opposite to itself)

That's... actually smart. I may try that out sometime. Already found a new Pokemon to add to the team, but not updating the card till I know 100% it's good.

    SPOILERS!! ... Named Neo. ;)
