Which starter did you use the most?

For me it's surely water! I started with Squirtle, Totodile, Mudkip (now switched to Torchic XD), Piplup.... ok... I think that in every generation I always started first with a water type XD

yep, same here. Water types are only weak to Grass and Electric, but with Marshstomp, Quagsire, ect.. that Nulls out the Electric weakness.

I'm pretty well balanced but the majority of the starters I've chosen for the start of a generation are fire types.

Charmander, Cyndaquil, Treecko, Piplup, Oshawott, & Fennekin

I have used all of the starters for each region except for Chespin, he is literally the only starter that I have never ever used...Before anyone asks why, it's because I don't like Chespin or any of it evolutions design or the final typing.

Well yes, I returned only recently when they annouced Pokemon XY games, I remember buying 3DS especialy to play new pokemon games XD

And these ale the only games that I currently own for 3ds, I need to expand my game library a little

I always pick the water first only when I replay the game I choose another type (not always XD)

It is a bit sad how the grass types rarely get considered. Everyone always goes for the water or fire types even though I really love Treecko

Treecko is my fav grass starter but not the absolute favorite from the starters

i have a treecko right now but i love fire types, my love for fire types started with charizard
