My favorite would have to be Elesa from BW, I really liked how she stood up for Bianca even though she didn't know her.

Well, I guess I like Skyla (BW) and Winona (R/S), because they are flying-type gym leaders, and I like their Pokémon.
And I also like Skyla, because of his counterpart in the anime, where she is a *freaking* air plane pilot!
