We won't know what happened to Lysandre in the end... the same is true for the games where we don't know what happens after the main character escape...

Spoiler: in the manga (Pokémon Special/Adventures)

Lycsandre is not dead (but is really injured)

The episode was really nice but maybe a little confusing in the end since we can't understand if the message was before he goes missing or after... but the drawings are really good!

I can't wait for the next episode!!!
